Last Friday night our club got together for our monthly game night. As you can see I haven't been posting a lot of wargaming content lately, work has been particularly unfriendly to hobby activities as of late. Still once a month come hell or high water I'm off for a great night of gaming with my friends. This night I played in my friend Gordon's Old West Gunfight game. As you can see the terrain is great and the rules were simple and fast play. There was much hilarity to be had and lots of good old fashioned killing. In the end my squad of five Mexican banditos ended up three guns shy of a gang at the end of the day. My surviving two held up in a bunk house which they THOUGHT had bags of gold in it but in reality held only bed bugs.
Charlie ran a 28mm Napoleonic game using his home brew rules, Napoleon's Rules of War.
John ran a very nice looking 40mm ACW game using Regimental Fire and Fury. Both the terrain and the figures were top notch in this game.
Merry Christmas To All

Good to see I'm not the only guy who thinks an empty Altoids tin is just an opportunity for storage waiting to be accepted ;-)
Standard casualty ring storage container of the Northern Conspiracy!
I had a blast running that game it always turns into a wild west shoot out, "controlled chaos" is fun lots of wild dice rolling and laughter if folks liked it I hope to run it again on a game night!
